thsi is courtney giving you guys and girls tips about what you should do when you are stressed. here are the tips. hope this will help.
1) read a book. reading is peaceful.
2) take a walk. it will feel good.
3.) talk about with someone, like a friend.
4.) on a piece of paper write on it why you are stressed.
5. don't think about it too much. it makes it much worse.
6. have somebody masage you!! feels good.
7. LAUGH!
8. watch your favorite tv show or movie that is funny.
9. pet a pet that you have. this really feels better when you do this.
10. listen to happy music
11. sing.
